One email that you can reach from everywhere

If you want your inbox to be updated fast always try to use the web version. Moreover, comparing to the desktop version the web version of the application has better interface and better appearance. And it works faster than the desktop one..

Pros

Having application on all the platforms makes this tool accessible from everywhere. It is very useful to communicate with your colleagues, because you can find people with their name and surname. The calendar also very helpful for organizing the meetings and events and you can easily create an event and invite people and with one click you can attend or dismiss. Then in the calendar view you can see upcoming events. As it is implemented with skype it is very easy to switch between applications and call the person from outlook and etc.

Cons

When opening the pc the loading of the mail takes much time and you need to wait at least 5 mins to be updated. However, the if you use the web version, you can easily see the updates. Moreover, sending the mails from the pc version is also takes time and it does not go immediately when you click the send. The desktop version of the application has a poor appearance and also it looks so complicated with lots of button and features.

Excellent Experience With Outlook

Suppose if you have lots of email accounts then you can use Microsoft outlook. It's easy to use and access. You can access all email accounts on one platform.

Pros

I can access lots of accounts on Microsoft Outlook. It's very easy to use and access. I can't send HTML email from my business email on webmail. But when I configure my email in outlook then I can send HTML email's in a professional way to our customers from Microsoft outlook. I can send emails with lots of different fonts and size as well. The best thing is when we face any problem I call Microsoft Support then they fix the problem on the call within a few seconds. I share my computer screen with Microsoft then they can fix the problem professionally.

One the best feature which i like is importing and exporting emails.

Cons

When we used the old version of Microsoft office then we face lots of problems to configure the business account. It's asking IMAP Configuration. but latest update it'd directly configure without any configuration. Just type email and password and ready to use.

Everyone knows about it. Highly recommended Outlook for personal and professional use.

Pros

Outlook is one of the best Email application tool in the market. It came bundled up with Microsoft office subscription mostly people use it for personal or professional use. Its simple and and has the most easiest User interface i came across after using different application. You will get all the features and can be used in professional email.

Its easy to configure and can be used in multi operating systems.

Features like filtering, email reminder, notification, task manager, calendar etc.

One the best feature which i like is importing and exporting emails.

Cons

There's nothing to mention which i don't like about Microsoft outlook. Just try before looking for other options in the market. its simply the best out there. You can integrate other application with Microsoft outlook like grammarly, zimbra connector onedrive etc.
